Why we exist

Every BJD collector knows these three problems.

01

Sizes never match

Two “MSD” bodies from different sculptors are never the same. A garment bought by size label fits maybe one in three dolls.

02

Shoes are impossible

The hardest item to source in the whole hobby. Most collectors give up or commission one pair at a time.

03

Dark styles are DIY only

Witch, gothic and jirai-kei looks are the most requested aesthetics — and almost nobody sells them as a coherent line.

So we stopped guessing sizes. Every Spriteveil piece is drafted from the measurements you send us — and cut, sewn and finished in the atelier we own.

Two opening designs

Each design starts as a concept illustration, then moves to the worktable. Left: the concept we design for you. Right: how the finished garment is engineered to look in resin scale.

How a custom order works

From your doll’s measurements to a finished garment

01

Send measurements

Photos of your doll plus bust, waist, hip, inseam and foot length. Tell us the sculptor and body type.

02

Concept art — 48h

You receive an AI concept illustration of the design on your doll’s proportions. Revisions until it is right.

03

Atelier sample

Our own workshop cuts and sews the sample in miniature scale. You approve photos before finishing.

04

Shipped worldwide

Final piece packed and shipped with tracked delivery. No middlemen, no resellers.

Our own atelier

Designed by us. Cut and sewn by us.

Spriteveil is not a reseller. We hold the full production chain in-house — which is why we can take a one-off custom order without a minimum quantity, and why a made-to-measure piece costs what a stock item would elsewhere.

  • Miniature-scale pattern drafting from your measurements
  • Lace, velvet and chiffon sourcing in small lots
  • Hand-finished trims, closures and accessories
  • Sample approval before final production

Good to know

Questions collectors ask first

Which dolls do you fit?

Any body you can measure — MSD, SD, YoSD, Minifee, Doll Chateau, Volks and everything else. We draft from measurements, so the sculptor name is helpful but never a limitation.

How long does it take?

Concept art within 48 hours. A sample in roughly two weeks, depending on fabric sourcing. Final finishing and shipping follow your approval.

Do you sell shoes?

Yes, and they are made together with the outfit so the proportions match. Shoes can also be ordered on their own against your doll’s foot measurements.

Shipping and customs

We ship worldwide with tracking. Duties and import taxes are set by your country — tell us your destination when ordering and we will advise on the declaration before dispatch.

Start a custom order

Send us your doll. We will send back a design.

Tell us the sculptor, the measurements and the mood you want. No order is too specific — that is the whole point.
